Stormrage:

  • Immunity to natural or magical wind, thrown and projectile attacks.


Storm of Vengeance (DC 33, 360 ft radius):

  • Fort vs. deafened for 1d4 x 10 minutes
  • 5 feet visibility (20%), greater than 5 feet (50%, and can't use sight)
  • Speed is 3/4s.
  • Ranged attacks impossible.
  • Spells require concentration check.

 

Greater Whirlwind (DC 33, 20 ft. radius / 100 ft. high):

  • Large or smaller within 60 ft., Fort vs. dragged 1d4 x10 feet toward the center, taking 1d4 nonlethal damage per 10 feet dragged.
  • Huge within 40 ft., Fort vs. prone, Gargantuan and Colossal  Fort before moving away
  • Flying huge or smaller  Fort vs. pulled to center, 2d6 dmg
  • Flying gargantuan Fort vs. pulled 1d6x10 feet (Colossal only half)
  • Within 0 ft., 6d6 damage, can't attack, cast spells, or move.  Pushed 4d6x5 feet away and 4d6x5 feet up.
  • Structures take 2d6x10 dmg, leaves dense rumble.
  • Ranged attacks, open flames, and listen checks impossible.

 

Towering Thunderhead (DC 33, 40 ft. radius, 60 ft. high):

  • 5 feet visibility (20%), greater than 5 feet (50%) (as fog cloud)
  • Difficult terrain (as wind wall)
  • Sonic and Electricity spells of 7th level or lower are empowered

  • +20 fly speed
  • standard action lightning bolt (as lightning bolt), then end spell and drift to ground (as fly)

  • Frigid cold, blizzard, and constant snowfall
